| Why a truck in a sports car modeling web page? When I was looking
through the Porsche 911 GT1 book, I found that Porsche was using the transport, which is
decorated with in the same kind of weird decals, and that caught my attention. Then
I found out that the kit of the truck is available, so I thought that the transport would
be a good companion to the 911 GT1. The kit is highly detailed, and almost overwhelming for someone who's never seen the Italeri truck kits. A little modification and proper painting will make this kit an excellent draw at a contest or hobby shop. I also purchased the trailer since I needed the chassis, wheels and tires. I haven't decided how to represent the decals, but ALPS MD1500 would be ideal if I can afford it. |
