| Revell/Monogram's Boxster is a snap kit with the skill level of one, which is mostly intended for kids and casual modelers. However, proper modification and painting will make a model a potential contest winner, and that's what I intend to do. Because the engine of the Boxster is not quite visible even if the engine cover's open, it doesn't matter if it's a detailed model or not. There is a kit for the people, who need the suspension details, namely Tamiya's Boxster, but it's considerably more expensive even though it's a curb side model. I will eventually buy Tamiya's and compare it with the R/M kit, but for now, I'll be concentrating on finishing this kit. | |||||||||||||||
