Fujimi has announced two  brand-new kits as well as several modified reissues for the near future.

Fujimi has announced that they'll release 1/24 slcae plastic model of the Ferrari F12 in November for 4200 yen (incl. tax).  The kit will feature engine details and separete door parts. Hobby Link Japan, Hobby Search, and AmiAmi have already begun taking pre-orders.

9/18/2012 Important info for Alps Microdry printer users

Alps has announced that they will discontinue all of the Microdry printer supplies, including ink cartridges, in the following tentative schedule. It's too early to stock up these supplies, but it's it's not a bad idea to be prepared, both menally and financially ;)

Maintentance of the printers has been picked up by an enthusiatic company called Elephant's Rocket in Fukuoka Japan (http://alps-oki.seesaa.net/), and I hope someone steps up to continue manufacturing/selling Microdry printer supplies.

It's a month and a week until 2012 Shizuoka Hobby show, and Japanese kit manufacturers have began releasing sneak-peak of their upcoming kits. The first batch of info came from Aoshima.

Note that one of the CAD screen shots of the Toyota 86 kit shows the engine room reinforcement bars, which suggests that a detailed kit w/ engine is likely follow.
