Problem of dealing with this kind of tail light parts is that it is almost impossible to duplicate the turning lights (if orange) and back-up lights.  The only solution that I can think of, with my current skill, is to use a resin casting technique and duplicate the parts in clear resin so that I can paint the parts.  In this page, I'll explain how to make a two-piece mold.

First, make a fence by using the Lego blocks and fill the bottom half with clay.  Press down the parts so that there's no gap between the parts and the clay.

I use Shinetsu KE-17.  I've been using it for 15 years and I'm very familiar with it.  Conventional  RTV silicone rubber should do the same job.

The blue bottle is the catalyst.

Pour the silicone and wait until it hardens.  KE-17 usually takes 6-8 hours.

Once silicon is hardened, dissemble the block and remove the clay thoroughly.

Once the mold is made, use a knife and engrave the grooves so that it won't trap any air bubbles.
