We are involved in welfare equipments such as wheelchairs. We are looking for those who can work together, experience and educational background not required.
With a desire to find someone who would be passionate about this job, we decided to recruit not only Japanese but people from other countries.
We welcome those who like to make things, but we recruit those who are interested in welfare activities.

Job description		・Manufacturing, sale, and “coordination” of custom-made seating systems and wheelchairs ・Manufacturing, sale, and “coordination” of welfare equipments that satisfy individual requirements of people with disabilities ・Sale of ready-made welfare equipments Even if you say disability in one word, that condition varies from person to person. For the same client, we have to consider about entirely different things for different situations in his/her daily life. We call combining or newly creating techniques and knowledges to meet each client’s need “coordination.” Careful meetings for details with a client, his/her doctor, and therapist comprise an important part of our work.

Ideal Candidate		・A person who has high ambition, ability to grasp, and flexibility ・A person can allow for some flexible schedule at client's convenience. (Negotiable)

Qualification Requirements		Up to 35 years old. (For carrier formation by long continuous service.)

Work Experience		It's difficult to imagine our work contents, so we would encourage you to undertake work experience in a few days. During this period, we'll pay you the hourly wage as a part-time job. And new employees are put on probation for three months after they have joined our company. Of course, the work contract is in effect during this period.

Work Location		8-1, Bababori Higashi, Koriyama, Shiroishi City, Miyagi 989-0203, Japan About 30 minutes' walk from Shiroishi Station

Working Hours		Monday to Friday (including public holidays as for weekdays) 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., including an hour rest break

Holidays		Every Saturday and Sunday Paid vacation and special leave Long vacations three times a year: Summer Holidays, New Year Holidays, and Golden Week Holidays

Salary		Over 170,000 yen / month (a daily basis monthly salary plan) *150,000 yen / month for three months’ probation period Additional payment commensurate with experience and ability Full payment of overtime Payment for transportation allowance based on our company’s rules Pay increase once a year Bonus twice a year Retirement Pension Fund

Social Insurance		Health insurance, Welfare annuity insurance, Employment insurance, Worker’s accident compensation insurance

A Word from Our PresidentExperience not required!!
Our job demands some degree of knowledges about various disabilities, disease, and human anatomy, though not sufficient to a doctor, some degree of understanding about welfare service and residential environment for the physically challenged, though not sufficient to a social worker, and some degree of skills in using electric screwdriver and sewing machine and ingenuity in manufacturing products, though not sufficient to a furniture upholsterer. In other words, wide and introductory knowledges and skills relevant to the fields of medical, welfare, and craft required.
Because of its rarity, few people have experience of this job and there is no system such as a technical school to acquire needed skills, so all our staff started at zero.
Without a high degree of professional skill as a certain specialist, you will definitely advance yourself as long as you have ambition and comprehension. And what's more, our job is really socially-significant and meaningful.
