Our job is in the market which is not so huge as other industries, but there are always people who need us. The exact nature of our work is difficult to be correctly understood, however, and understaffing problem is critical.
We therefore decided to recruit talents in order to bequeath our job to the next generation in parallel with general recruitment.
The work contents are the same as the general recruitment, but upper-level skills are required such as more abundant knowledges, advanced techniques, flexibility to meet individual needs of clients, and rich imagination. We are in need of individuals motivated to practice such skills to eventually become core members of our company.
