Ferrari Testarossa

This kit was commissioned by a customer of a hobby store I frequently visit. The person usually specifies the color, so the kit was painted accordingly. Prior to this, I painted my Testarossa model in white, so I was able to do a better job for the kit.

I added extra details on the engine and the engine room with various sizes of wires and pipes.

The assembly was straightforward, and I didn't have any problem except the intake louvers on the door. It requires careful sanding and smoothing to attach the piece, which is glued from inside. The body was primed with my favorite primer: Gunze Sangyo's Mr. Surfacer, then Mr. Color white was airbrushed.

Tamiya spray clear was used to add glossy look, and Tamiya compound was used for polishing as usual.
