 Hasegawa has been well known for its high quality aircraft kits,
but it doesn't seem to live up to its standard in its car models. The parts are finely
molded, but the fit isn't so good.Some parts should be combined into one piece to minimize the assembly work. |

 Nonetheless, the kit was enjoyable to work with, and it
represents the baby Ferrari nicely. It includes photo etched parts for the badges and a
mesh sheet for the engine cover. The kit was discontinued and judging from the recent
royalty fee hike, I don't think this kit will be reissued often. |

 The kit was mostly put together straight out of the box with some
additional details under the engine bay.The paint I used was Gunze Mr. Color lacquer base acrylics, and this custom mixed red was one of the most satisfying Ferrari red I've mixed. |
