The
kit is molded in two colors, white and blue. It is made of
seventeen parts, and head, elbows, legs and feet are posable. Unlike
any other candy toy ZZ, none of the parts are undersized, and the
proportion looks right. The head is made of front and rear
halves, and the antennas are molded together, which means that they have
to be sharpened to make them look right. Some might want to use
metal rods, instead of typical wedge shape ones to represent Kobayashi
style ZZ.
The torso is represented by three parts, upper front and back in
blue and lower front in white. The shoulder and upper arms are
molded with the torso assembly.
The arms are one piece each, and the wings are separate.
Just like other MS of this series, the inner side of both arms are
hollowed out, so they have to be filled with putty.
The leg consists of two parts each, and the knee joint is
omitted. The inner side of the thigh
needs to be filled with putty just like the arm. The foot is
separate, and can be freely moved with a ball-socket joint.
The only weapon included in this a beam saber. This can't
be helped because the ZZ is a large MS, and there isn't enough space for
the double beam rifle to fit in the tree.
This is the best proportion Candy Toy ZZ I've ever seen. Since,
it's made of plastic, it can be modified, and painted just like a plastic
model.
