Nano tech 2006

On February 23, 2006, Mr. Greenwood visited International Nanotechnology Exhibition & Conference held in Tokyo Big site.

He was impressed with colorful quantum dots and 32Giga bit flash memory made by Samsung.. It seems that iPod soon will have this chips.

Toby introduced Mr. David Sharp to Mr. Greenwood.  Mr. Sharp  is a consultants for UK Trade & Investment and he is an enthusiastic owner of vintage motorcycles. Mr. Sharp is a Social Secretary of Hesketh Owners Club and owns two Heskeths. He also have a restored BSA A10 Golden Flash PMU121 made in 1950 and a Norton Dominator 600cc made in 1955.

David showed all those through a PDA  having Wireless LAN. In return, Mr. Greenwood showed his bike and boat through the same PDA. Both recognized that they share the same interests.

Mr. Sharp kindly asked about improvements made on Power Generation System using Artificial Typhoon. The paper was published by faculty of Electrical Engineering, University of Split, Croatia. (ISBN 953-6114-80-1) Patent was applied, but realization of this technology may come after 2030 when oil production may reach at its peak.

After the conference, Mr. Greenwood attended fund raising party held by Yamashina Institute for Ornithology. Prince Akishinono-miya had attended.

Later Mr. David Sharp mailed a photograph of his forth motorcycle, Norton Dominator 600cc to Mr. Greenwood as shown below. What a beautiful motorcycle.
