いよいよボディとネックを接着します。

タイトボンドとクランプを用意します。クランプは１つでいいです。
you may need titebond and a clamp. I purchased in Stewmac.
タイトボンドで接着してクランプで固定して一昼夜おきます。

You have to glue the body and the neck, you have to wait for one day.
ハンガーでフックを作りました。エアブラシのブース用。

塗装の為にマスキングします。

塗装に向けてエアブラシを出しました。

塗装のための塗料です。stewmacにて購入。
I bought these stains in stewmac.
偽のビグズビーを使うとテールピースの穴が必要ないので木で埋めます。

You don't need tailpiece holes if you put on the fake bigspy tremolo.
コメリで買ってきた丸材で埋めました。後でサンディングします。

Now I put the holes with sticks.
段ボールで塗装ブースを作りました。

I made a booth with corrugated cardboard for air brushing.

塗装完了

I'm done with painting.
ニスを吹きかけます。ニス塗り完了

Next let's brush varnish.　Done.
インレイを切り取り　貼付けました。

I cut the inlay to triangle.
しまった。シーラーを一番先に塗るのを忘れてた。時すでに遅し。ま、いいか。

Oh, shoot. I should have brushed sealer first. But it's too late. Well it would be OK.(I hope)
何度も何度もニスをこれから塗っていきます。

I will brush varnish again and again.
サンドペーパーで磨きます。３２０か４００番です。

Let's sandpaper down with #302 or 400 as you want.
もう一度ニスを塗ります。

マスキングテープを取りました。

I removed masking tapes.
