The next print followed quickly. I made no more than a couple of copies of any of these early prints; with the skills I have now I can take a set of blocks and work with them until a decent image comes out, but back then I just didn't have a clue what to do. Whatever came up off the block on the first attempt was 'it'. If it was something like the image I had in mind, then great, but if not, then just shrug and turn to the next attempt ...

I made no more in the series, but I did actually get to the stage of planning a few more, and I still have the sketches here.
