It's a bit embarrassing, with a week having passed and then this is all I can show for it! But the printmaking work upstairs has to come first, so 'slow but steady' is going to be the name of the game ...

This is just a 'dry' fitting of the frame for the west wall. It stands a few centimetres away from the concrete behind it, and the slit-like gap at the top right is where one of the air ducts from upstairs will connect.
The section of 'block' wall you can see is an opening in the main structure of the building, which passes through to my neighbour's basement, currently in an unused state ... it's cold down here!
