Pmacs

Pmacs is the full color supported paint tool that all the tools are made up by plug-in tools individually. 
That is, you can set up Pmacs as you like. 

Besides, you can make your own plug-in tools. 
The plug-in specification is opened to the public. If you want to know the specification, I try to open as much as possible.
