[補足1] JAXA GPM Satellites Update

2014年2月27日現在、各衛星の TLE, Telemetry Format が、ほぼ出揃いました。
STARS-II, INVADER, OPSAT, ITF-1 の PreTLE予測は どれを使っても、ほぼ同じ
時刻に飛来します。2月28日 03時37分JST (27Feb2014, 18:37UTC) に打ち上げら
れることが最終決定し、その約１時間半後に最初の CW が聞けそうです。なお、
ISS_KIBO LitSat-1 等の放出も、同じ 2月28日(07:30UTC)に予定されています。
