Insect Stamp of Swaziland

The Kingdom of Swaziland is Southeast of the African Continent and it is a landlocked country surrounded by Republic of South Africa and Mozambique and its area is the same level to Japanese Iwate prefecture. It formed a kingdom in the early days in the 19th century, but British rule rose in the latter half in the 19th century, and it become a British protectorate in the beginning in the 20th century. Ii become independent as a constitutional monarchy in the Commonwealth of Nations in 1968. King Sobhuza strengthened autocracy color afterward and he dominated it till he died in 1982. After the death of King Sobhuza, a fight for successor happened, but a son succeeds to the throne for the Mswati III in 1986.
Four kinds of stamps on which a grasshopper was drawn from this Kingdom of Swaziland in 2005 were issued. The Mswati III is drawn on a corner of a stamp.
