As for the sea lion, the fur seal, the seal, they are in the item called Pinnipedia on the taxonomy. Because it has a leg such as the fin, it is Pinnipedia. Even the same Pinnipedia makes a great difference between these three kinds of animals. A sea lion and the fur seal are the same reed Otariidae, but as for the seal, the classification top is vested in another family in Phocidae, too.
As for the first difference, the concha of the friend of the sea lion goes out with an ear, and there is the ear of seals inward, and there is not the concha. The functions of the leg are different, and as for the leg of seals, the hind leg turning with a thing to swim in the sea backward does not stand in what position basically if it stops from water either. The seal crawls on the ground only in a forepaw. However, this leg shows power underwater. It swim in the web which is on between fingers smoothly. On the other hand, originally the leg of sea lions has a duty to be able to support health on ground and can walk with four legs although being unshapely.
