Carlos J. Finlay (1833-1915) is born in Cuba, and he studied in the Jefferson medical college in the United States. In an after a homecoming, Finlay had much interest in infectious disease, and many problems of public health, and he began to study yellow fever. It announced that an intermediary called Tiget Mosquito exists in propagation of yellow fever.

United States of America 1940
Walter Reed (1851-1902) was the professor of bacteriology of a U.S. army medicine school, when yellow fever had become a serious problem in 1898 age Cuba, he became the cause and person in charge of the investigating committee about propagation, and the human body experiment proved Reed the opinion of Finlay.
