The internet group for woodblock printmaking - [Baren] - which I had started in the fall of 1997 grew very rapidly, and the idea was put forward that the group should start doing print 'exchanges'. This was done, with great success, and as I write this in the summer of 2000 the exchanges have settled at the rate of four per year, with members 'lining up' to get into each one.

The entire set of prints for each exchange can be seen over at the barenforum.org website. The prints on this page are those which I submitted to those exchanges in which I participated.

This was for the second exchange, and is a patchwork of design elements clipped from various prints I have here ... A set of web pages showing its step-by-step construction is over in my Encyclopedia.
