A Concert on Campus
On April 23rd, I went to see a concert at Umass Dartmouth. I've always wanted to go to a concert on campus because I also play Piano, and I figured that I should take this chance. Thanks for volunteers, admission was free.
The members of the group was about thirty, and it had an interesting blending of people. Many members were from outside music major, and some people were from outside the college, from young to old.
I liked the members' philosophy that they are playing in a group because they love playing. I found several friends in the group, but all of them were doing excellent in school, and their purpose is just to entertain people. Looking back my life, I'm not involved in any activities, and I realized how important to join a group, for yourself and for others who enjoy it.
Their works were quite successful. I enjoyed their variety of pieces, from England military music to Asian folk songs. Even though I found several awkwardness during the concert, I witnessed their efforts.
Music is something that every human beings need in their lives. Music makes people relaxed and refilled. After the concert, I felt that the it erased my stress and gave me a place to breath. I had a good night.
