South African Press, a Japanese PR news delivery service company, has begun offering a membership service which makes it sure that you can have quick access to major Japanese newspapers, news magazines, broadcasters, news agencies and other various industrial news organizations, without wasting time and troubles in sending your company news releases to each of news organizations or potential investors.

The only one thing that you must do is to send press releases to us via fax or E-mail. Then, we will deliver your news releases, for example on trade, new products, R&D, joint venture, M&A, new business, business expansion, procurement notices, equity investment, financial statements and the like, to the Japanese media on behalf of your company via fax.

At the same time, those PR news can be crried on our home page over The Internet.

We also offer some options that allow members to add some receivers that you wish to send to the list of the regular receivers. For the starting one year, we offer a 30% discount to membership and one-time set-up fees.

Other services for members
(1) Free translation service
we prepare for a Japanese summary for a press release, which makes them more attractive and effective to Japanese editors.
(2) Home page linkage service
If you have an E-mail address or a web site on the World Wide Web, we can offer a home page linkage service to members. This optional service is useful as an ad in attempt to attract interest from Japanese potential business partners or investors.

Regular receivers are numbering about 40.

Membership fees structure
Membership/monthly:
US$200 for delivery of up to 30 articles a month, plus US$5 per one additional article. Each PR news story will come out with free Japanese summary and appear on our home page on the Net.
Membership/annually:
US$2,000 for delivery of up to 400 articles a year.
One-time set-up fee: US$100
Additional services/monthly:
US$200 per home page linkage. US$5 per one additional receiver


Payment of membership fees and other charges should be made by bank draft. We will send you a fax transmission report periodically.
