近々 打ち上げ予定の、SSETI からのビーコンデータを解析する
専用プログラム Pulse Beacon Decorder が公開されています。
SERACC プログラムは、現在、ベータバージョンをテスト中で、
公開されていません。

> The SSETI Express Radio Amateur Communications Client (SERACC)
The SERACC software, written by Karl Kaas Laursen, allows users
with the appropriate hardware to downlink, store and interpret
telemetry from the spacecraft - including real-time picture previews.
Radio amateurs may use this software to request data from the spacecraft
using the set of friendly telecommands (when the service is enabled).
The SERACC application is not available yet, we are currently Beta
testing. Please check back soon.
The Users' Manual for SERACC can be read online here until a final
version is ready for download.
> The SSETI Express Carrier Pulse Beacon Decoder
This decoder software, written by Seindil Loganadane, allows users
with the appropriate hardware to receive and interpret the Carrier
Pulse Beacon when the spacecraft is in Safe-Mode or Recovery-Mode.
A user manual will be available shortly, please check back soon.

打ち上げられる計画である。

打ち上げの主衛星は、SSTL(Surrey Satellite Technology Limited) による
「災害モニター衛星群」(Disaster Monitoring Constellation) からなる。
SSETI Express は、この打ち上げの "相乗り" ペイロードである。
打ち上げの飛行は、コスモス-3M ロケットが、SSETI Express を、次のパラ
メータにより太陽同期軌道に投入した後、およそ 35分間続けられる。

The Launch
SSETI Express is scheduled to be launched on a Cosmos-3M launch
vehicle from Plesetsk, Russia on the morning of the 27th October
2005 at 06:52:26 UTC.

Other Passengers
The main passengers of the launch will form part of the Disaster
Monitoring Constellation from Surrey Satellite Technology Limited (SSTL).
SSETI Express is flying as a "piggyback" payload on this launch.
The launch flight will last a total of around 35 minutes, after which
the Cosmos-3M launcher will inject SSETI Express into a sun-synchronous
orbit with the following parameters.
