Dear Friends,

Based on the most recent simulation data from ArianeSpace, here are our
prospective P3D osculating keplerian elements assuming lift-off at
2000 Nov 15 [Wed] 0107 utc:

P3D
1 26999U 00320X 00320.07628064 .00000000 00000-0 10000-4 0 03076
2 26999 6.5020 246.6194 7356797 175.9190 13.3981 2.02657824 09

.....................................................................
(注:下記は、11月15日公表の最新の軌道要素)

P3D
1 93400U 00320.07636550 .00000001 00000-0 12567-4 0 13
2 93400 6.5034 246.6469 7357988 175.9296 13.3886 2.02435417 17
.....................................................................

For every minute or day lift-off is later than 2000 Nov 15 [Wed]
0107 utc:

                   1分遅れる 一日遅れる
                    毎に 毎に
Epoch Time に加算 0.0006944 1.0
RAAN に加算 0.2507 0.9856

The 435.450 MHz PSK beacon is programmed to come on at MA=59 (/256).
This equates to ~3 hours after lift-off, 0407:10 utc plus launch delay
 offset.

There are at least five other objects in this launch; ranging will
resolve which is P3D within a few orbits.

"P3D", "26999" and "00320X" are temporary identifiers.

Official Transponder Frequency Bandplan for P3-D

last revised on 20. August 1998

After several iterations and as a result of intensive research and
discussions with all involved transponder builders, the P3-D Project
Manager Dr. Karl Meinzer, DJ4ZC gave his final OK to the P3-D
Transponder frequencies.

They have been carefully selected to minimize mutual interferences with
other satellite projects and are also coordinated with IARU bandplans
by the P3-D Frequency Coordinator, Freddy de Guchteneire, ON6UG, with
the help of Peter Guelzow, DB2OS and Werner Haas DJ5KQ.

From: "Stacey E. Mills, M.D." [w4sm@cstone.net]
Subject: [amsat-bb:36517] Phase 3D Telemetry Program

A zip file (555K) containing my P3D telemetry decoding program (P3T.exe),
as well as some additional supporting files is now available at:

        http://www.cstone.net/~w4sm2/software2/P3t_AP.zip

The program will run on Win95/98/NT/2000 platforms. Additional programs
are under development for MacIntosh and Linux platforms. A 400 bps PSK
demodulator, as used with AO-13, is required. Hardware and DSP
demodulators are available. Additional information regarding demodulators,
and the telemetry format can be found at:

        http://www.amsat-dl.org/p3d/

Please read the "readme.txt" file before attempting to install this
software. A help file is also provided.
My ability to answer specific questions regarding this software is
virtually zero for the foreseeable future, given the extreme efforts
required for P3D. However, if you post questions to the Amsat-BB, other
users may be able to help and if (when) true bugs are found and brought to
my attention, I will make every effort to correct them ASAP. "It would be
nice ifs....." will be addressed as time allows, but probably not for a while.

NOTE that I am releasing this software as freeware, but if you like it, in
the spirit of support for amateur satellite efforts, I ask that you make a
minimum $20.00 contribution to AMSAT in the name of P3T. Additional
information regarding a support donation is present in the "readme.txt" file.

These promise to be exciting times!!
Enjoy!!
