衛星FO-29のCWテレメトリのフォーマットについて、外国局から問い合わせが
ありました。 次のJARLのホームページをもとに基本の所を英訳し、メールを
送りました。(このホームページの中の記載ミスの部分は訂正しました。)
最後にサンプルの計算例を載せてあります。参考まで。

7B(hexadecimal) is 123(decimal),so 4A(format) is
Solar Current 123*9.804 = 1206[mA]

91(hexadecimal) is 145(decimal),so 4C(format) is
Battery Voltage 145*0.10761 = 15.6[V]


The formula to derive the "Sun Angle" is as follows.

You must subtract 10 deg from the following 'deg' because of
the Sun Senser of satellite is inclined at an angle of 10 degrees.
'Code' is shown 7 bits and the highest left 1 bit in 8 bits means
a flag such as a renewal data is 1 or a changeless data is 0.

          42(hexadecimal) is 01000010(binary),
          so  'Code' is 1000010 and 'deg' is 150.5
          therfore  150.5 - 10 = 140.5 degree actually.
