Mr.Isao Ogawa is very famous for one of masters of miniature kite builder in Japan. His kites were scaled down kites of traditional Japanese kites. Those kites are made from very thin Japanese paper and bamboo frame with very precise craftsmanship as if you can see them as real typical Japanese tradisional kites. Even though those kites are very small size, they show very excellent flight feature in the weak wind at the field. He is a member of Japan Kite Association .
