Eel is about 100cm full length, 130cm at the maximum, and the lower jaw of Eel pushes out than an upper jaw, and the color of the body is dark color in the back side, and white in the ventral. It lives in the down stream, the river mouth, the bay widely from the upper reaches of the river and is seen in the ponds which stood alone which do not connect with other area of the sea. It is nocturnal, and eats a small fish or Crustacea prey on various creatures. It is estimated that the laying eggs is performed in Taiwan, Philippine east sea area for from April to December.
Full length of Moray is about 80cm, and Moray does not have the scale, and firm skin covers the whole body thick. It eats fish, Crustacea mainly, but a kite in particular seems to be a favorite. It lives in the gaps such as a rocky cavern or the crack of the rock, and it is often that it is active by night in the daytime. It opens a mouth greatly by all means when it looks into rocky caverns and threaten it. A lot of number of teeth is sharp with form of cuspid. There is not the poison, but the wound is easy to grow big to retire itself in the rocky caverns of the home immediately when it bites unfortunately.
