The characteristic of Primates are, (1)having five fingers in hands and feet, (2)walking a sole in the ground to a heel and living on a tree, (3)having the eyes, of which sight develops greatly and both eyes form a line and turn to the front, and the identification of the color is good, too. The cerebral development can be said to be the one of the characteristics. (4)The life extends to comparatively for a long time in 40 years.
The gorilla does a build with a feeling of powerful weight in Primates firmly at the maximum. The weight reaches 200kg with the huge male adult beast.
A griding lemur is an animal of the size of near cat inhabiting on a tree. As for the build, as for the limbs, a forepaw and hind legs do about the same length in on the small side comparatively for a long time. The head is superior in ability both eyes are located in the front of a face small, and to catch a perspective. These characteristics were suitable to glide between trees. The greatest characteristic of the griding lemur is lacking in hands and feet and the tip of the tail from a neck, and it is to have a film called a parachute. It glide more than 100m by opening this parachute and move from the forest to a tree. But there cannot be the thing flapping like a bat. A rodent giant flying squirrel, a flying squirrel or a flying phalanger of the Marsupialia are known, but there is the parachute between a foreleg and hind legs, and, for an animal having a parachute, there is not the animal having the parachute that the thing of a griding lemur lasting for a tail from a neck developed elsewhere. Because it is a coward animal, and the griding lemur is nocturnal, most of the habits are not known. It can digest a leaf to have the stomach which developed in herbivory.
