Water Fleas are belong to CLADOCERA in the crustacea of Arthropods, and they are small living animals often seen in a fresh water pond, swamp and puddle. DECAPODA such as a shrimp, NOTOSTRACA and STOMATOPODA such as a mantis shrimp belonging to the same crustacea are relative. The larva of a shrimp and Water Flea are well alike.
