A shrimp, a crab, and a hermit crab are summarized as the Decapoda. When distinction of a shrimp and a crab is called something, it is a shrimp that the abdomen (the so-called portion of a tail) is well developed, and it is a crab that the abdomen is folded up at the belly side.
It especially distributes and lives in the sea south of central Japanese Honshu, and in the Ise district, and it is the large-sized shrimp from which the length is set to 30cm or more, and if a spiny lobster's figure is splendid and it carries out steamed dishes, it serves as a beautiful crimson color and is famous as a delicious edible shrimp. Moreover, a mustache compares to the old man who bends the waist for a long time and walks, and is respected for celebration as luck which celebrates a long life.
