Insect Stamp of Australia

It is 1770 that British Cook went ashore in Australia where the aborigine who is indigenous people lives in. It became a British colony afterward, and the settlement was pushed forward led by a criminal. Firstly woolgrowing was held in the 19th century, and gold ore was discovered in 1850's, and a British emigrant flowed in afterward. It established a federation in 1901 and became a British self-government country and achieved virtual independence in 1931. In the eastern part, in the mountainous district, the center, low land, the western part are sorted on a plateau.
As a normal stamp of this Australia, four kinds of stamps on which the insect was drawn were issued in 1991.

The Norfolk islands are islands on the South Pacific, and are 900 miles away of easts in Australia.
The normal stamp which drew the butterfly and the moth was issued from these Norfolk islands in 1976 and 1977 with primary and secondary.
Four kinds of insect stamps were issued also in 1989.
