It is with the fondest of thoughts and feelings that I think back upon my visit to you and your colleagues in Fukuoka in May. I consider it an honor and the utmost good fortune to have had the chance to spend so much time with you, to visit your home and to learn so much more about your life and your ideas. I am confident that the same wonderful coincidences of time and space, activity and interest that had us meet in the first place will keep us in touch for many years to come.
Thank you as well for the videotape, which I just received and your very kind letter as well.
