◎Historical back ground

Through the collapse of the cold war between West and East over the world, and the end of the political balance between the ruling party and the opposition party in Japan, now the basis of the "New world order" in political, economic, and cultural fields is strengthen with the help of ever growing big capital powers.

And those international organizations such as UN, IMF, WTO, etc, support this "New world order", under which the world governors come to control food, energy, media , and so on, then manipulates local politicians, intelligentsia, religionists, and finally army itself.

The driving power of this "New world order" is the free trade market prevailing over the world now, which penetrates the borders of countries and controls native people and materials.

As is the same in Japan.

The liberalization of international trade in such products as rice, orange, beef, and so on is carried out, and in financial and other fields, it is scheduled in the near future as well.

Under the "New world order", which makes enterprisers go abroad pursuing sufficient profit, such domestic works as in agriculture, in forestry, in fishery are discarded because their economic efficiency turns out to be very low in a world wide competitiion. Then, local societies which have their own basis on those works are losing their power economically, politically, and culturally. And its surroundings are also getting into bad conditions.

Dancing in this economic efficiency system, when world wide depression comes about, we may realize that it only leads to stagnating industrial technology and money comes out to be a mere pile of paper. Then, if such affairs as growing population, decreasing area of productive fields, declining productivity in staple food, disasters such as cold-weather damages and droughts, calamity of war, and so on affect together over the world, we japanese also suffer famine to a considerable extent.

In that probability, the following significant and urgent questions are shown to us all living today. That is, why we must insist on agriculture (including forestry and fishery)? And what kind of system we are going to adopt in our local societies?

 

◎The substantial aspects of "revolution"(革命)

We usually use the word "revolution" in the sense of drastic change of an established order or old system. But, no matter what power or a social system we may produce, so long as life itself, which is the subject of revolution and means not only the souls of living animals and plants but also those of the earth, mountains, rivers, and the ocean, is disturbed and suppressed in that power and system, we must admit that the "revolution" is nothing but anti-revolution.

"revolution", as is represented in chinese caracters "革命", must mean the renewal of life itself, or rather proper development of souls including inorganic matter.

Therefore, we have to prepare a new order and system in order to create and satisfy that kind of opportunity in each rural community all over the world.

If we are not aware of that point, we tend to perform those "revolutions" in which we only replace old power with new one or old system with new one.

 

Then, let's survey the substantial aspects of revolution.

First, in the level of "existance", which represents the world of inorganic matter, for those souls which are threatened their existance, their will to exist itself is the very motive of their own revolution.

Therefore, we must base our revolution on the very will to exist as it is, that is, the will of those which are threatened with extinction because of abnormal development, destraction, contamination, and so on.

Secondly, in the "survival" level, which represents the plant world, souls try to support and develop their own organic bodies. Therefor we must base our revolution on their very will to survive, that is to have nature, social surroundings, food, dwellings, energy, and so on. Especially for human creatures who have high civilization, highly organized social circumstances, technology, and energy system of its own become indispensable.

Thirdly, in the "sexual" level, which represents the animal world, preserving their own species comes about as the main theme. And it becomes the very expression of their own revolution. As for human creatures, no matter what stock and property he or she may have, the will to find a mate worthy of each personality will lead to its own revolution. And we must base our revolution on the very will.

Fourthly, in the "intellectual" level, which represents the human world, spiritual activity comes about strongly. And the will to express their own spiritual world becomes the very expression of their own revolution. In this circumstances, local traditions become heritable. Then native people can create and develop their new traditions. Therefor we must admit the very will lead to their own revolution.

Lastly, for a man of sacred nature, the intangible world is the other existing world. He or she can find souls in all things and speak to them. Even if materialism is forced to them, those phenomena will last as long as human beings exist.

By the way, there are various domains in that intangible world, and dealing with the real meaning of revolution from the view point of the proper development of souls, listening to the voice of the "Lord" each of us has in its own abyss, that is Platonic Idea, and attaining each own task according to alloted star with the help of it leads to our own revolution.

 

◎Local self-supporting Society

Keeping the above in mind, let's image the alternative society we wish for next.

First of all, as souls are cast into the world of becoming in this universe supporting one others, it is not desirable for each soul to distinguish itself from others and to perform its own revolution according to the levels described above.

Human creatures live on the sun, the earth, the air, the waters, plants, and animals. So, if we destroy natural environment satisfying our greedy material desire, it is nothing but anti-revolution.

We human creatures have to control the greedy material desire mending our way of life so that all the souls on this planet including mountains, rivers, and plants can develop properly according to their own natures.

By doing so, we can for the first time sympathize with all souls and spirits and talk with them.

If we stand on that level, we will realize that the alternative society we wish for has to be the one where we can coexist with other souls helping and supporting one others. That is, keeping its basis on the Universal Law, the society has to be the local self-supporting one which develops its own selfgoverning body and has harmonious relation among agriculture and other industries.

For examples, the local society has selfsufficient system in staple food, materials, and machine tools. People in the society produce, process, distribute, and consume products and commodities as within local area as possible, sharing remains and local specialties with other societies.

Each society has to establish each own research and educational institutions, medical facilities, welfare services, information services, and energy facilities which are suitable for the local self-supporting society in size and selfsufficient system.

Particularly, for the society to be succeeded to by the youth, many meetings or opportunities worth living have to be created and full of vigor under the initiative of the youth in the society. And cooperative works organized under the new view about life(soul) will be offered to the youth as well.

 

If local people have the initiative, they can foster a traditional culture and a local entertainment worthy of each local self-supporting society.

And if they can sympathize with natural surroundings and talk to those souls, they may deify a local sacred mountain or a place and, taking it as their spiritual support, worship and pray it for having no trouble and the prosperity of their self-supporting society.

If such self-supporting societies as mentioned above are organized and the sacred enclosures of the Higher Beings in each local society are made all over Japan, and in addition, all over the world, then a new alternative grobal societies will sure to emerge by connecting those holy places in two ways, decentralized way and centralized way. To make the image more concrete, we will see the world as the united not nations but self-supporting societies.

Under the united self-supporting societies, the right of selfgovernment of each society, local selfsufficient system in important fields as well as food and energy, and its unique culture or religion are esteemed and guaranteed by the United Societies.

If we can create such an alternative world, all souls including inorganic matter that are fostered by the local Higher Beings will be led to develop their own natures.

Especially in education, each human creature will have right to know what he or she is. And each society help them to realize their own sacred natures and to establish self from the universal view point.

In those societies, people will never invent the Supreme Being in this universe and worship it. And they will have realized that all souls have each own sacred nature, and each is a part of the inseparable universe.

As for local religion, the Higher Being in each local society will be enshrined in the holy place and become the goddess of mother. And the sacred person who can listen to the voice of Higher Being from his or her abyss, will deify it as his or her own Lord that help him or her to develop his or her holy nature. Then, accompanied by the Lord, he or she will try to find and worship the Lord of his or her Lord in their respectve trials.
