極めて強力でした。

Engineer Jorge Lassig, director of the Penhuesat Uncoma project informed
amateurs that the satellite takes between 48 and 72 hours to charge its
batteries, due to the inadequate position of the nosecone to which it is
still attached in reference to the sun. Once the batteries are recovered,
the satellite transmits during several orbits until they discharge again
causing the onboard computer to set the system in safe mode, leaving just
the oscillator on. Folks at Uncoma are evaluating when the nosecone will
change its position in space to improve the battery charging process of
Penhuesat.
Penhuesat Uncoma のプロジェクトディレクターであるエンジニア Jorge Lassig
は、衛星のバッテリー充電に 48時間から 72時間かかると、アマチュア無線家に
広報した。その理由は、衛星のノーズコーンがまだ太陽の向きに適した位置にな
いことによるとしている。いったんバッテリーが補充されれば、発信機は ON の
ままでコンピュータの放電によるシステムのセーフモードが生ずるまで、何周も
の軌道のあいだ、送信を続ける。 Uncoma の人たちは、Pehuensat のバッテリー
充電処理が改善するための宇宙空間におけるノーズコーンの位置が、いつか変わ
るだろうと評価している。

Hi all,
Pehuensat-1 heard again 1942 UTC over europe.
Voice transmission: only callsign, no spoken telemetry values.
Transmission stopped 5 minutes after AOS.
AKSK frequencies far way from nominal value: f1= 1800Hz, f2=3000Hz.

All,
PehuenSat-1 signals from AOS (2118UTC) to LOS (2130 UTC) in JN49lr.
AFSK now nominal with 1200Hz and 2400Hz.
Voice transmission only callsign, no spoken telemetry.
Battery voltage drops from 12.4 to 11.7 volts during the pass.
