Insect Stamp of Fiji

The Fiji islands were the countries which consist of 300 or more islands groups on the South Pacific, became independent of Britain in 1970, and declared secession from the British Commonwealth of Nations in 1987.
Five kinds of beetle stamps were issued from these Fiji islands in 1987. The beetle of the Fiji islands specialty is drawn with very clear color, and became a favorite stamp.
Four kinds of beetle stamps were issued in 2000. It is the beautiful stamp altogether unified by jewel beetle.
Four kinds of dragonfly stamps were issued in 2005.
Four kinds of stick insect stamps were issued in 2006. It is the beautiful stamp altogether unified by stick insect.
Two kinds of cicada stamps were issued in 2010.
