Upper Volta is located at the inland in West Africa and characterizes according to two contrastive season, the dry season and the rainy season. It is one of the countries stabilized also in West African countries especially politically. It became independent of France in 1960. The main industries are agriculture and stock farming and 80% of people are this agriculture and stock farming. It is alike and is engaged. The coup d'etat occurred in 1982 and the name of a country was changed into Burkina Faso in August, 1984.
