angustifolium(family: Onagraceae) Japanese name: Yanagi-ran/English name: Fire weed This plant grows at sunny field of mountainside from Central Japan to Hokkaido.Japanese name Yanagi-run(Willow-orchid) is from that leaf looks like the leaf of willow-tree, and its flower looks like orchid. Sometimes this plant grows in big group(colony). |
