· In the "BLINDFOLD TEST" of "downbeat" magazine, Wes Montgomery heard "Sometime Ago" from this album.
"I don't know who was . . . but it was beautiful. In fact, I couldn't concentrate on who it might be, because of listening to it! I like all of it - I like the lines, I like the phrases, the guitar player has beautiful tone, he phrases good, and everybody's sort of, like, together. It's really together. I'd give that four stars, right away." (from downbeat June 29, '67)
Soon after that, Joe made friend with Wes. But they never played together in front of the audience as far as I know.
· Joe recorded his beautiful tune titled "Simplicity" after 26 years from this recording. But he maybe forgot the title. So "Simplicity" is titled as "I'll know" on #159-1.

· This album was reissued from Euphoria label(EMI Music) on 2002 as CD format.
According to its line note, the album was recorded on February, 1967 at Liverty Recorders, Hollywood.(Sep. 5, 2003-Tabo)
