Thank you for your quick response.
I am surprised that many homes are booked one or two years in advance.
Please tell me what season we can easily book homes?
We consider it for our next vacation.

Anyway, Please check other homes and condo in Poipu, Kauai from 12th
July to 2nd August, and show me the list of available accommodations, and
where do you recommend.

We are 4, my wife, two small sons (5 and 7 year old) and me.
We want to stay 2 bedroom accommodation. We hope to stay one week at
home and one week at condo. Basically we plan to stay 2 weeks in Kauai
(for 14 nights from 12th July to 26th July) and one week in Maui.
It is ok to stay one week in Maui before arriving Kauai.

My wife will be happy with full kitchen and in-room laundry. Beach front
location and/or well maintained pool are prefferable for our small
children. I'd like to stay with good ocean view.

We must reserve where to stay before air ticket will be reserved.
But in the term, flight soon will be full. So, we should fix the plan
quickly.
I appreciate your quick and good offer in advance.

I have several ideas for you.

1)  We do have one home available for you in Poipu.
Baby Beach Bungalow is a very nice 2 bedroom home across the street from
"baby" beach.  I have attached our webpage for this home.  The weekly rate
is $1155.00 + cleaning fee $140 + refundable security deposit of $500 + tax
$128.70. $1,923.70.  If you take this home for 2 weeks there is only one
cleaning fee and one security deposit.  The total cost for 2 weeks is
$3,207.40.  I have also attached a copy of our webpage.  We would need a
$500 deposit to secure your reservation for this home.

2) You might enjoy going to the Northshore of Kauai for a week.  The
Northshore is exceptionally beautiful.  There is a wonderful resort there
that I had my honeymoon at.  It is called Hanalei Bay Resort.  The resort
has a beautiful swimming pool area and is only a short drive to a great
beach, Hanalei Bay.  There are many wonderful beaches to enjoy on the
Northshore.  I have attached our webpage for the Hanalei Bay Resort.  We
need a $200 deposit to secure this condominium.  We accept Visa and
MasterCard for payment.

Your proposal sounds nice.
I bet your advice going to the Northshore.
And we would like to stay additional 6 days on Maui.

So our plan is gonna be;
plan1:
>From 12th July, we're gonna stay at baby beach bungalow for 7 nights.
Then we will move to northshore, and stay at ocean view 2 bedroom of
Hanalei Bay Resort from 19th July for 7 nights.
Next, we will fly to Maui, and stay at a condo (do you recommend
anywhere?) around Kihei or anywhere from 26th July to 1st August for 6 nights.
It is OK to stay Hanalei bay resort prior to Baby beach bungalow.

OR

plan2:
>From 12th July, we're gonna stay on Maui for 6 nights.
Then we will move to Kauai, and stay at baby beach bungalow and Hanalei
bay resort for 7 nights each.

We think the plan2 is prefferable. We hope to stay on Maui before to
stay on Kauai.
If Baby beach bungalow and Hanalei bay resort are available for us,
please reserve the acommodations.
And please tell me 2 or 3 of your recommended properties at Kihei, Maui
that are available for us.

The best availability was your plan #1

We have reserved Baby Beach Bungalow from 7/12 and departing on July 19 for
7 nights.  The weekly rate

We then reserved you a two bedroom oceanview condo at Hanalei Bay Resort
from July 19 and departing on July 26.
The nightly rate is $230 per night.  The total cost is 7 nights x $230 =

We need a $500 deposit for Baby Beach Bungalow and $200 for Hanalei Bay
Resort = $700.00 Total.  We accept Visa and Master Card for payment.  You

Regarding Maui...A very nice property is the Wailea Ekahi or the Wailea

We have reserved you a compact car on Kauai from 7/12 - 7/26 for 14 days
with Dollar Car Rental.  The cost of the car for the two weeks is $260 +
tax.  We have also rented you a car on Maui from 7/26 - 8/1 for 6 day for
$130.

Regarding Maui, there are a couple of properties that have very nice views
and are in your price range.  I would recommend Kahana Village, Honokeana

Thank you for your kindly offering Maui accommodations for my budget.
I would like to stay Hololani,
Is it available for us that the unit is in good sunset-view building,
at upper floor and corner unit?
Because in Kauai we will stay low rise properties and we hope to enjoy
sunset overlooking from our lanai, you recommend the corner units in
your page, and I found at other page that the property consists of
L-shape two buildings.

Thanks for the reservations of the car. Please tell me about insurance
of the car rental. We would like to pick up the car as following our flight
schedules;
We will arrive at Lihue airport at 10:55 (Aloha Air AQ63 from Honolulu)
on 7/12. We will leave Lihue at 13:25 (Aloha Air AQ118) to Kahului, Maui
on 7/26. The we will go back to Tokyo thru Honolulu at 12:00 (Aloha Air
AQ71) on 8/1.
Are the coupons or resevation-confirmed documents available?

1)  Hololoni was sold out of the corner units, however they had a very nice
middle condo location.  At Hololoni, the master bedroom also has a very
nice oceanfront view.  The second bedroom of the corner units have a view
but maybe that is not necessary since the other people with you are your
children.  I booked you a center 2 bedroom oceanfront condo for $140 per
night from 7/26  and departing on 8/1.  The total cost is $140 x 6 nights =
$840.00 + tax $95.90 = $935.90 total.  We have charged your credit card a
$250 deposit.  If this condo doesn't work for you let me know and we will
credit your card back and look for another condo somewhere else.

Regarding car insurance:  Loss Damage Waiver (LDW) $15.99 daily, Personal
Accident Insurance/Personal Effects Protection $4.99 daily, Supplemental
Liability Insurance (SLI) $12.99, Uninsured Motorist Protection (UMP) $6.95
daily.  You can decide what insurance you want when you are in Hawaii.
