On July 7 2004, Wakwak climbing club climbed Mt. Ohyama (1,252m). They climbed 932m and descended 412m down to cable car station.

It was Mr. Greenwood's second experience in his lifetime. About 30 years ago, he climbed it with his daughter on his back. During this period, Afri Shrine was renovated.
