At the west coast of Izu peninsula, there is a place called Uchiura-bay. It is a natural harbor protected from west wind. Local fisherman provide berthing space for sailing cruiser. Cost is reasonable but far away from Sagami bay.
Mr. Greenwood visited the marina to inspect convenience of the place. He went there by Harley Davidson crossing Hakone mountains.
Nagahama Marina
At west of the bay, he found an old Swedish ship called Stellapolis moored permanently and used as floating restaurant. The ship was built in 1927 at Gotabergen ship yard.

He started home at am 6:30 and returned home at am 11:00.
