In the autumn of 1995, Mr. and Mrs. Greenwood visited Kanazawa Citizen's Forest. They visited the site again in May 1st 2001. They changed their original schedule of sailing to hiking because easterly wind was chilly and strong after low pressure passed away to the Pacific Ocean. Fairly large area was reserved for natural forest and wild birds here. The zoo in this forest is famous of its Koala and Wombat.
