Chicago to Oklahoma City

Route 66 2012

In September, 2012 Mr. Greenwood and his friend run from Chicago to Oklahoma city.  This means that he had run entire Route 66 in 12 years.

He also visited Milwaukee, Dalas, San Antonio and Houston. Total milage reached 2,900km.

First day 90mile

Arrived Chichago O'hare international airport via UA-882. Rented wagon car and headed to Milwaukee.

Second day 110mile

Joined Steel Toe Tour of Harly Davidson museum.

In Chicago, we visited Jackson Blvd. and Adam street where Route 66 starts.

Typical example of miss use of GPS is that selecting least use of high way resulted in running toward to east.
