One Step Advance has a Eleventh Meeting at Benkei in July 6, 2003. Main topics was to have a look at Wood Gas Cart now under construction by Mr. Tomita of Benkei. The cart was almost complete except startup blower. Mr. Greenwood explained that wood is superior raw material than charcoal due to it's oxygen content, thereby nitrogen dilution is avoided.

Second topics was about hybrid power generation by combining widturbine and solar panel in stalled in a home of Mr. Greenwood.
Finally, Mr. Yoshida talked about his belief of how suppression of the world population is dependent on the independence of women to a university students who joined the meeting.
