August 15, 2007, visited boat for maintenance. Found a big boat from New Zealand.

September 15, 2007, After typhoon has passed, I visited boat for inspection and found one of fenders was punctured. A big boat from New Zealand was still moored at visitor's berth.

September 25, 2007, While testing the engine, I found pilot water is not flowing. Tried to fix it but failed.
September 26, 2007, I called maintenance yard and asked to fix it.
September 27, 2007, I heard from marina that salt plugged a small rubber tube guiding to pilot water discharge hole. Water pump seemed all right.
September 30, 2007, Mrs. Mistui, Mr. Tsuchiya and Nishizawa visited my boat. But due to rain, we just made a chat in the cabin and moved to the club house.

December 18, 2007, for the purpose of bottom painting, battery was charged with 1 hour engine idle operation. After the work cooked pork & garlic pilaf

December 19, 2007, lifted up to cradle and scraped off marine growth and then jet cleaning followed.
December 20, 2007, after cleaning the bottom surface with hand scraper and acetone, tape was applied to periphery and painted whole area.
I found new gasket are needed for engine and gear oil drain. Soon I made an order, but they say 3 days are required.

December 21, 2007, after applying second layer of painting, peripheral tape was removed. Cleaned side of hull with wax. Beautiful finish!

December 24, 2007, after changing oil, boat was lowered to the water. But due to strong wind exceeding 14m/sec, decided to temporarily moor at safe visitors berth. Cleaned the deck with wax.
December 25, 2007, Though it is Christmas day, moved my boat to my place.
