| The lot size is about 150 tsubo (equivalent to 495 square meters). On the building site, only three houses share common areas. This is a novel concept in Japanese house design where space is severely limited and is aimed at creating a garden city lifestyle. Each household has a double garage space as well as a terrace, planted with flowers and trees. Above all, the three residences are surrounded by a court yard. This is aimed not only to promote a sense of community with each other, but also to maintain privacy. | |||||
