cddbcmd(1x) excerpted from xmcd-2.6
-----------------------------------

Current MonK (esp. monk-cddb script) requires cddbcmd(1x) from
xmcd-2.6, to access cddb database for track names of CD audio.

cddbcmd(1x) was included xmcd-2.6, but
xmcd-3.1 (or later) is already available, and cddbcmd(1x) seems to have been
deprecated in the xmcd-3 series. New protocol CDDB2 seems to have started as well.

I am working on better cddb interface (with or without cddbcmd/xmcd), but
it seems to take time.

Till then, use cddbcmd in this package, in which cddbcmd source, and man page
were excerpted from xmcd-2.6. Each source is unmodified, but Makefile is
from scratch. GPL should be applied to this package.

make && su -c "make install install.man"

copies cddbcmd into /usr/local/bin, and cddbcmd.1x into /usr/local/man/man1.
I don't think this installation interferes newer xmcd-3.x installation.
