FLAG: April fool Happenings

Mt. Ondo, Kyoto

On top of Mt. Ondo, located in the north part of Kyoto, during a picnic held on April Fool’s Day, we raised an 18-meter-high white flag.

It was clearly visible from the central part of the city. On the next day, we took it down.

We raised another flag at the West Auditorium, Kyoto University, during November Festival,

1975, and then in Nakanoshima Park, Osaka, during Nakanoshima Festival, 1976.
