About the Way to Realize the Ideal World

----A view concerning the survival of human beings as a first step toward "Noah's ark"

 

 

 

In order to overcome the approaching world-wide crisis, those who are much concerned about the future of our Earth have to cooperate with one another in working for it regardless of such differences as "right" and "left," "upper class" and "lower class," "conservative" and "radical," or of distinctions among religions or their factions, nationalities, races, ages, occupations, sex, and so on. In this way, we have to lead those complicated and difficult problems we are facing now into "the ideal world" as soon as possible.

In this treatise, I am going to reveal the goal to be attained and, while I try to solve those problems in simulation, show that it islikely to be achieved in this devastating situation today.

From a general view point, we first need to face all kinds of problems that are made to appear in this world, including not only political issues but also ecological and personal ones, and then we have to set up a "utopia" to be attained in mind and confirm whether it can solve the all problems. In short, at this stage, we should have a goal (or a dream and a hope) to be attained.

Next, after revealing the complicated problems from a general view point, we have to discern their root causes. Then, we need to formulate a general and systematic strategy for our survival. In other words, we should present to the public the concrete measures needed to achieve our goal and dream taking all conditions into account.

Lastly, we have to implement and realize our strategy in order to survive the coming catastrophe in the near future. Then we need to go back to the path, "the universal law," which we human beings have neglected for a long time.

But in this treatise, we are not going to follow a method that involves setting up an abstract ideology, which then leads to practice in a full extent. I want leaders to know how to realize our "utopia" by showing that solving these complicated problems in a systematic way, step by step, and while keeping our feet on the universal spirit, will lead to the ideal world.

 

1. Personal Idea

In order to deal successfully with the coming crises and disasters, we have to take the initiative in showing the people in the world the right direction to take. Therefore, I would like to propose a solution, with which I am going to show some examples of how we can deal with those problems, hoping I can define a concrete direction.

Now I am going to try to generalize how an idea comes to be realized in the stream of historical necessity, while revealing the best way to handle the ensuing major problems we are facing now or will face in future. That is, I am going to explain the reason why the "ideal world" to be achieved is so, and the necessity of its appearance in the coming situations, while showing the way to deal successfully with those crises and disasters.

The ensuing major problems are sicknesses prevailing at "the end of the world" such as AIDS, polluted food and environment, and the issues of health, sex, local cultures and festivals, religion, and so on, and then depression and unemployment, natural disasters, and at the end, world war.

 

I suggest that we need to create agri-industrial communities all over the world and prepare a self-sufficiency system for essentials such as food and clothing so that we can survive the crises in the near future.

In this case, while staying on good terms with nature, the members of each community have to help one another as if they were parents and brothers and sisters, because all things in this universe have the same life at the bottom of their souls. In each community, we need to replace the "modern" agricultural method using a lot of chemicals with an organic one, and then with a natural one based on the ecocycle system that enables us to bring as little compost as possible from outside. Then all members have to strengthen themselves physically and mentally by eating wild grains and vegetables and small amounts of meat.

Let's consider each issue separately.

First, the declining vitality of human beings, which has been caused by dietary disorder, the drop in food quality, environmental contamination and destruction, and so on, accounts for the sicknesses supposed to prevail "at the end of the world" such as AIDS, cancer, and so on. Disorder in sexual ethics cannot be a substantial root of this phenomenon. It only constitutes the route of the contamination, that is, a cause-and-effect relation. If life is strong enough to resist such illness, then even if such illnesses come into being, they will never prevail and subdue life.

If we continue to neglect the truth that the land we are living on and ourselves are not separable entities but two phenomena of the unique whole, and if we continue to eat too much without balance, we will damage our health and surely become ill.

Furthermore, environmental contamination as seen in air, water, land, and so on will without doubt greatly affect life.

Next, though agricultural products made with chemicals may look nice, they are too weak and dangerous to keep us in a wild and healthy condition because they lack wild power and are also contaminated with dangerous substances.

Furthermore, because they kill microbes that usually enrich the soil, the soil itself becomes barren very quickly. Thus, because farmers have to keep raising products in such sterile land, they come to use more and more fertilizers. They are also compelled to use a lot of chemicals to protect their unhealthy products from worms and disease. This vicious circle will continue until the land ceases producing.

Additionally, considering this matter from an economic view point, farmers cannot earn much because of the large expense of chemicals and high technology. Because the investment usually costs them so much that they cannot get sufficient net profit for their labor and investment. For this reason, it often happens that the "modern" agricultural method is less profitable than that of the natural method if compared in the same amount of land. And even if the latter leads to smaller crops, the wilder we grow grains and vegetables, the more powerful they become, and then even in small quantities they can give us enough energy for survival and keep us in sound health.

At first, we must recover healthy land free from chemicals in order to make crops wilder. Only then can we become wilder by taking that wild and powerful produce. If we can do this, plants on the land and animals feeding on the plants are sure to recover their primitive power to some extent.

Incidentally, if people whose bodies and minds are in sound conditioncan succeed in making a cooperative community without being trapped by slavish desire, then they will be able to give new birth to "Kaga-i," "local culture," and "festival." And in such a community where members can enjoy their lives and help one another with the blessings of nature, why must they rely on religion?

Therefore, for the above reasons, and depending on the universal spirit, we need to love our land, plants, animals, and other members while preparing a self-sufficiency system. We should not keep regarding them as mere objects for exploitation. Also, it will surely become necessary to replace the "modern" agricultural method with the organic or natural one in the very near future.

 

As for the substantial measures against depression and unemployment, I would like to propose that we prepare agri-industrial communities over the country to absorb unemployed people into them.

In those communities, we will have to practice mutual aid and survive the coming crises by helping one another and receiving the blessings of nature. For this, we must correct our diet and take the whole of life effectively by eating several kinds of grains, vegetables, nuts, and so on so that as many people as possible can survive in case of the worst situation. In other words, we have to strengthen ourselves mentally and physically with a simple diet.

Concerning natural disorder, a megalopolis correctly compared to "the Tower of Babel", which has been disgracing and exploiting nature, will surely suffer catastrophic damage. Because natural disaster itself is one of the phenomena the universal life causes to appear, once the harmony of nature is disturbed owing to our staying out of the universal spirit, it never fail to occur.

But a community maintaining strong ties to nature and following the universal spirit will not suffer from it very much. This is because the life itself desires to support higher souls and to bears its own fruit.

Incidentally, it has been proved by science recently that the psychic power of human beings has effects on other souls around them. This shows that we cannot confine all the phenomena in the form of energy to the events that accord with the laws of the inorganic world, and that, in the laws of higher souls in higher worlds, energy works differently from that in the former.

That is, the higher souls, which embody the universal spirit that is preserved at the bottom of every soul in this universe, and are much higher than others, have effects on other souls through their psychic power, just as water in a high place runs down toward a lower place. And we can confirm that the power possessed by the higher souls, which abide by the universal spirit, is changing their circumstances for the better. In other words, lower souls in the development of life are willing to sacrifice and offer themselves for higher ones, and to be reborn inside them. Plants make sacrifices for higher souls such as animals and human beings. And human beings make sacrifices for the supreme being. There is no difference between the two.

Therefore, in places where plants and animals co-exist in wonderful harmony, natural disasters won't be serious even when they occur. Furthermore, in those communities where members, being able to occupy the highest stage as human beings, maintain a correct mental attitude and never try to disturb the balance of nature, or rather, abide by the universal spirit loving all souls in this universe, natural disasters do not necessarily come about.

On the other hand, if human beings whose psychic power is being directed in a vicious direction continue to exploit souls because of their greedy desire, natural disasters are sure to happen because of the reaction against the disturbed order in nature. In short, disasters appear to restore the universal law.

If human beings remain trapped within their insatiable desires and follow the law of the inorganic world, all other souls will be disgraced and neglected. Because in this situation we end up trampling the very will of the souls that are going to bloom and bear seeds. But we must admit that life itself, struggling to bloom, is making efforts to destroy wickedness.

Therefore, as we have seen from the above, all the souls in the universe will follow those who are honest enough to keep their psychic power on the path of the universal spirit. Even if we try to control the whole world according to a wicked will, we shall be defeated by the power of the spirit in due time. Otherwise, we shall suffer hellish agony for ever without having been set free from the prison of slavish desire.

In the communities where members lead a cooperative life, loving one another and having a cosmic view that all creatures in the universe have the same life as we do, people can survive even the worst disaster owing to the strong power emmitted in such places. Because the plants and animals around them as well, making efforts to survive, give rise to huge power together with human beings, or rather, try to support us because we are honest in observing the universal order. The legend of "Noah's ark" is telling the same thing in a different but symbolicway.

Down to a stone or a plant, we have to base our struggle on the very will of them to develop into higher stages. We have to survive this trial together with them.

Therefore, for the reason mentioned above, in order to cope with the coming disasters, all members in each community have to correct their mental attitudes and practice mutual aid to a larger extent. And then they can overcome even the worst situation by making good use of the huge power each community has.

At the same time, we need to make crops wild and strong enough to survive natural disasters. Also, considering the importance of storage, it will prove necessary to do so because crops produced with the "modern" method using chemicals are so weak that they cannot be preserved in good quality for long time.

 

Incidentally, in order to prepare the foundation of self-defense system, we have to create and preserve self-sufficient agri-industrial communities all over the world. Each community will have to design a policy allowing its people to survive prolonged warfare and the shortage of food and materials.

In preparation for this situation, we need to build a self-sufficiency system for staple foods and other principal items, then strengthen our mental and physical conditions by working in nature and eating wild foods.

For that purpose, I think we need to establish a spiritual support whatever it may be, and observe commandments on our way of living, including diet.

Next, all members and the plants and animals around them have to lead their lives and practice mutual aid, abiding by the universal law and appreciating the work of others. Additionally, soldiers must also cooperate with farmers in surviving.

I would like to recommend that members and soldiers should heighten their survival potential by eating grains and vegetables which are grown wild.

 

2. Formation (A form effective at the end of the existing world)

 

A formation without defeat

Nine petals, gathered with the blessing of the supreme being,

Form a black lotus flower.

Each petal has eleven petals under it.

They go on with the struggle

Together with innumerable Bodhisattvas,

Co-operating with others

And taking the form of a "black lotus flower."

 

The very being commanding and preparing this flower

Is not a mere individual creature

But the spirit of the supreme being.

On attaining the reconstruction of the entire world,

The "black lotus flower,"

Turning into the "white lotus flower,"

Will send its rays onto "sanzen-sekai" (the entire world).

 

3. The Way of Struggle

 

Negative souls (yin) work for spreading,

So do positive souls (yang) for uniting.

 

The greatest negative souls are

Spreading the spiritual cords over this whole universe.

The greatest positive souls are

Hauling at the cords of innumerable predestined souls.

 

Both "yin" and "yang" working well together,

Practice the scenario of the "musubi."

 

The "ume" trees come into blossoms together

All over the entire world, "sanzen-sekai."
