Preface

An ending leads to a begining.

Facing the difficulties we have now, we shouldn't be pessimistic or desperate. Lacking hope for the coming century in such matters is likely to lead us to total catastrophe. We must live in hope despite those difficulties, and prepare for the creation of new ideal societies for the coming generations.

As the first step, I would like to publish several short studies, which were written between the fall of 1985 and the spring of 1988, and are offered here in chronological order.

I do hope that even a few people understand what I am trying to say, for they must deal with the situation that will no doubt come to pass. It is only when we have a total, universal perspective that we will be able to participate in the divine work of saving the entire world comprehensively and organically.

As for the structure of these studies, the first study, which was written from a theoretical view, begins with how the formulation for the hell in this world has been drawn since we human beings appeared and how this will lead to total catastrophe.

The second study shows us that there is another movement different from the“horizontal" movement in a totally dark world. We can define this“vertical" movement as the Universal Law, the Path of God, that is, the flowering of life itself.

The third study, in a philosophical view, deals with the sole path we human beings can follow to survive the catastrophe and enjoy the blessing of God.

In the latter studies, I try to make my abstract theory more concrete and practical by applying it to realities around the world and trying to show how to organize various individuals, groups, organizations, and nation-states, so that we can transform this modern hell into a paradise even if we assume the worst of all situations in the near future.

The background of these studies derives from my philosophy "THE WAY TO NIRVANA" which was written in Japanese and published in 1985. Please refer to it, if you are interested.
