I succeeded connecting my pc to dsPIC through rs232c comport.
It is just a first step.

Max Frequency of operation: 120MHz
Flash memory: 12kb (4096instructions) /for program memory/ 10000times rewritable(100000times Average ability)
SRAM: 1024byte /for data memory
Power source: from 4.5 to 5.5VDC 100mA
PCB converts 28 pin SOIC package(dsPIC30F2012) to 40 pin DIP
